Motors -

All Rotomotive Motors are designed and manufactured to meet IS12615/CEMEP (European Committee of Manufacturers of Electrical Machines and Power Electronics)  

Frame sizes up to 132 are Die Cast Al Alloy and 160 to 355 are cast iron. 

All Motors are-  

    • Dimensions as per IS:1231, IS:2223 & IEC 72-1 

    • Mounting positions as per IS:2223 & IEC 34-7 are B3, B5, B14 and B35 

    • Multiple Voltage 

    • Multiple Frequency 50/60Hz 

    • F Class Insulation (H Class on request) 

    • S1 Continuous duty service 

    • IP 55 Protection (IP 56, IP66 on request)

Gearboxes -

  • QUBO-(Worm Gearboxes)-  
    • The new patented design ensures structural deformation resistance, better thermal dissipation, and maximum draining of water on washing. 
    • Size 30 to 90 is Die Cast Al and 110-150 is Cast Iron 
    • Sizes 30 to 90 are supplied with long-life synthetic oil and 110-150 mineral oil. 
    • Mounting positions B6 or B7 are permitted on all the QUBO series. 
    • Mating surfaces are machined for perfect perpendicularity. 

 

  • ROBUS- (Inline Helical Gearboxes) 
    • Modular design allows easy and quick conversion between foot and flange mounting
    • Unique construction allows mounting any size in any position.
    • A large top cover facilitates inspection.
    • All sizes are supplied with long-life synthetic oil.

    • Mating surfaces are machined for perfect perpendicularity.

 

  • BEVOX- (Heli Bevel Gearboxes) 
    • Modular design allows easy and quick conversion between foot and flange mounting
    • Uniquely contoured housing shape for rigidity and maximum draining of water on washing.
    • Hypoid gear is more silent.
    • 5 Interchangeable plugs
    • Mating surfaces are machined for perfect perpendicularity. 

 

  • ENDURO- (Bevel Helical Gearboxes)
    • A uniquely contoured monobloc CI body ensures robustness.  
    • The bevel gear in the middle is more silent.
    • Modular design allows easy and quick conversion between foot and flange mounting
    • 5 Interchangeable plugs

    • Mating surfaces are machined for perfect perpendicularity. 

       

  • STON- (Shaft Mounted Gearboxes) 
    • A uniquely contoured monobloc CI body ensures robustness. 
    • 2/3 reduction stages in the same body, more reliable range of ratios. 

    • Modular design allows easy and quick conversion between foot and flange mounting
